welcome to the mink enterprizes inc stable of race cars on my dads race game (enterprizes was mispelled on purpose.) it started as an xmas present for my dad with the maniac mink joke poem and the custom car to play on the computer race game he liked. then it grew into a whole team of cars. i wanted to get screen captures of them all to post on here put it seemed too much work then i found them already screen captured there when running matenance on my dad's computer this weekend.

race car 1 is the maniac mink racer but now that i look at it this isn't the final version of it. the final version my dad races has an ice font on the hood instead of the fire that is there in this picture. its may be hard to see but there is a mink on the side of the car-where the mink part comes from. on the back which you can't see but drivers following behind can says "don't mess with the maniac" this was a repaint of one of the not so good cars the game just throws in there to make a field of 43 starters cause not all of the nascar drivers were in the game. i didn't know how to build my own at the time but the paint shop i did this in is where i honed my digital art skills.

and to tickle your funny bone here is the poem that started it all. let me first explain its an old race game the 2000 version that was put out in 1999 which is why the Intimidator is in the game and the track in the poem is listed as Sears Point rather than Infineon.

Maniac Mink

Maniac Mink is known on the track as a driving fool,
His driving skills make the other guys drool.

Drivers beware his temper will flare-like a cat in the bath,
And even the Intimidator is not safe from his wrath.

The other competitors wish his engine would bust,
Because at the drop of the flag all they see is his dust.

At Watkins Glen, Bristol, Sears Point and Atlanta,
His on track antics cause his crew chief to take Mylanta.

Even Darligton can’t hold him back,
He stepped up to the challenge and tamed that track.

He takes to the track like a duck takes to water,
He’s sure to press on even if his car starts to falter.

Drivers beware for you have been warned this day,
If you see Maniac Mink be sure to stay out of his way.
